Hello blurtians and hope you're all doing well. I want to share with the whole blurt community about a very unique day, something that happened last year and also reason why it's not easy for me to forget.

21th July, 2020.

Before this day, some unacceptable operations has been happening in the barracks which nobody really knew about it.
It was the issue to theft. We live in the barracks, and by such, any act of theft or any other misconduct is unacceptable.

This that period of time, there was a lot of ugly operations which was unacceptable. The culprits were caught and severely punished. This was some that the commanding officer heading the barracks couldn't let it slide by..

An announcement was passed for all the military children (18years above, male and female) to assemble in the HQ for a short briefing with the commanding officer..

The next day, we all came out early, precisely around 7:00am.... We thought it was going to be a snappy meeting with the commanding officer, so we decided not to eat, thinking we wouldn't spend much time.

When we got there, we were asked to sit and wait for the commanding officer.. we sat down for almost 5 hours waiting for him.

During that time we were waiting for him, our names and ages were been taken down.
I also used that opportunity to take some pictures...

All these was in Cross River State, afi-barracks, ikom.....

We were later briefed on the situations on ground and warned never to allow ourselves into such bad habit of stealing....

We stayed there from 7:00am to 5:00pm.... We were starved... Well starved.
