The Spanish prosecutor's office has received a complaint from the Real Madrid football team, claiming that Vincius Jr was subjected to racist chanting from Valencia's fans before and during the match on Sunday.
The club made it clear that the insults is legally a "hate crime" against the Braziian star player.
Real Madrid issued a statement saying that it "condemns the events that occurred yesterday against our player Vinicius Junior and opposes them vehemently."
Vincius claimed in a Twitter post that the Spanish league "now belongs to racists."
"This wasn't the first, second, or third time. In La Liga, racism is commonplace. The rivals support it, the competition believes it's normal, and the federation agrees, Vincius added.
"The league that once belonged to Cristiano (Ronaldo), Lionel Messi, Ronaldinho, and Cristiano (Ronaldo) now belongs to racists," But I'm a strong person, and I'll fight the racists all the way to the finish. even though it is far away.
22-year-old Vincius who is a black has endured numerous racial taunts ever since relocating to Spain five years ago.
On Monday, Vinicius was the target of abuse from fans. Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva demanded action against "fascism and racism" in stadiums.
He was assaulted. After the G7 summit, to which he had been invited, Lula angrily stated at a news conference in Hiroshima (Japan), "He was called a monkey."
He continued, expressing his "solidarity" with the Brazilian striker, "It is not possible, in the middle of the 21st century, to have such strong racial prejudices in so many football stadiums."

After Vincius claimed that supporters at Mestalla screamed "monkey" toward him, Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti considered removing the star forward. He claimed that Vincius first objected to continuing the game.
Ancelotti declared, "What happened today shouldn't happen. "There is something wrong with this league when a stadium yells'monkey' to a player and the coach considers taking him off the field because of that."

The game ought to have been called off, according to Ancelotti. This shouldn't be occurring. It wasn't just one person like in other stadiums where it has occurred. The game had to be stopped because a player was being racially insulted in this stadium. If it had been 3-0 in our favor, I would have said the same thing. There was no other option except to end the game.
Ancelotti claimed he asked the referee to end the game, but was informed that the protocol was to first address the issue with the fans before taking other measures if it persisted.
Valencia later stated that it anticipated Ancelotti to apologize to Valencia fans for misinterpreting what was said and accusing them of racism. The coach claimed at a press conference that if the referee had not believed that racism was present in the stadium, he would not have initiated the racism protocol.
Later, Vincius was dismissed for fighting with Valencia players. As he was leaving the field, he made gestures to the home crowd about their team's struggle to avoid relegation. With the 1-0 victory, Valencia opened up a five-point gap to the bottom three teams going into the last three rounds, which was a significant step toward avoiding the drop.
According to the Brazilian youngster on Instagram,he said "The reward for the racists was my ejection!” .
