In this high technology era, use of digital devices is inevitable as it has become one of the daily routine to always check the internet either for information or as a source of livelihood.
Bloggers and digital traders spends almost there working hours using one digital device or the other.
DES also known as computer vision syndrome or visual fatigue is one of the global problems that affects people regardless of age,gender and nationality.

DES can be caused by many factors which includes:

According to American Optometric Association,the common symptoms of Digital eye strain include: - Burry vision
- Dry eyes
- Trouble focusing at a distance or object
- Headache
- Neck,back and shoulder pain.
Since it's impossible to stop the use of digital devices especially for bloggers and traders,it is therefore Paramount to establish a healthy working relationship with our digital assets while we continue to enjoy the numerous benefits from the digital world.
EYE CARE TIPS WHILE WORKING WITH DIGITAL DEVICES.
1.Adjust the brightness of the phone considering your environment. - Take breaks, don't be a workaholic, consider your health while working.
- Limit screen time.
4 Use artificial tears ( eye drops),it helps to release visual fatigue. - Visit your optometrist.
