Hello everyone😊, how are u feeling today? Am here to share something helpful for everyone especially those affect by depression.
Most of us have been victim of depression, some fought their way through it, others still faces it and some don't know they are in a stage of depression.
Nevertheless, whatever category we fall in, here are some tips u can apply:
- Pray
2)Think less - Make meaningful friends
- stay positive
- Be hopeful
6)Don't always be alone
7)Seek help from others and learn how they overcame there's.
How can u be of help to such ones???? - Always try to check on your loved ones
2)Be a good listener - Never make fun of such ones
- Make them feel loved.
