Hello friends,
Today I would be sharing with you all a portrait drawing of a young African man . Lately I've been trying out several portraits as you all know and I decided to make a drawing of an African to display contrast in my drawing. Africans are dark so differentiating tones is kind of challenging and I love it. So in making this drawing I use an A4 paper and a 10B pencil. As you all know a sketch is necessary in other to get a good direction on where to start. So I began with the left eye and start to create a base tone as I move accross that drawing as I shade out the dark, mid and light tones of the image. It was an interesting and challenging drawing and I hope you all love it.
