Be Patient. But don't waste your time been patient for something that is not for you and will ultimately not even be of benefit to you in anyway.
You are patiently waiting for a girl to reply you in her inbox. That's waste of patience.
Divert that energy into something, be busy working on yourself, get interesting and by the time you come out and people see you, you will be desirable, when she is ready to reply, you will see it, and if not, dm more people, there is no Mr. Right or Miss Right.
Try more options, the one who you least expected will answer you. That person will treat you better than you ever expected and more importantly, that person will cherish you so much, you will wonder where they have been all this while.
I am rooting for you, somebody son/daughter will find you someday.
