Most people do not know the health benefit and nutritive value of peanut.
Groundnut also known as peanut is one of the best source of protein. Consuming groundnut is beneficial to our health especially in winter.
Do you know that peanut can be useful for weight loss and reduce the risk of cadiovascular diseases?
Peanut also helps to reduce bad cholesterol level which plagues the development of blood vessels.
After my today's activities, I cooked and enjoyed my groundnut.
