Hello everyone and welcome to blurt. Today, I'll be so happy to take you all round this lovely platform. Welcome once again to blurt.blog.
Firstly, i will like to congratulate all the newbies. You have taken a bright step in making your digital life better.
Also, for those who haven't been participating in writing and engaging on this site, today is your lucky day. I'll take my time in explaining how blurt.blog works and how to get started.

writing my first post

A lot of people come into blurt.blog and still finds it very difficult on how to start writing. In this section, I will explain how to make your first post on the site. Also, for those who prefer video version of it, you can also navigate to my YouTube channel to watch this video I made to help newbies and prospects.

When I first joined this platform, I never asked anyone how it works because I had a good knowledge on how to go about the site. I am so happy today that I will be sharing more about blurt.blog to you all.

How to log in

After your account has been created, get your posting key from the file that will be sent to you...

  • Go to www.blurt.blog

  • Click on the three horizontal lines at the top right corner and then Click sign in.

  • Now input your username and posting key to log in. Welcome onboard. Now let's keep moving.

Publishing my first post.

Now, after signing in for the first time. You get to ask yourself, what next do I have to do. The next thing to do is to start publishing, and most importantly, start with your Introduction post.
When you come into a new platform like this, it's advisable to first of all Introduce yourself before you get started with any other topics or areas of your choice.
In this section we will look into how to put in your Introduction post.

  1. Click on the pen icon on the top of your phone.

  2. when it opens, it shows you four different content spaces...

  • First is the title of your post.
  • Second is the body of your post.
  • Third is where you input just a little of your post summary.
  • Lastly, you input your harsh tags.

Now, putting your topic in there will not be a problem. You can use any topic, but it should clearly define what you're writing in the content.

Also, you will have to type in your content in the second space. Your Introduction post should at least contain your name, age, nationality, likes and dislikes, hobbies, what you do in real life, how you got to know about blurt.blog, and lots of possible sub headings to give the blurt users some details about you.

In the aspect of summary, you have to give in brief the summary of your post and that's all.

Lastly, the harsh tag space. Here you will input your harsh tags. The harsh tag shows where your post moves to after being published. After putting your work together, your next step is to put harsh tags.... There are different types of harsh tags to use on blurt.blog. Most essentially, for your Introduction post, you should used the #introduceyourself, #blurtafrica, #r2cornell, #blurttradinghub #blurtconnect.

Also, you can click on the "select them" option to input any picture of your choice.

After successfully doing all these steps, you have to publish it by clicking on post below.

How to log in my blurt wallet.

Now, after making your first post, there is need to know how to log into your blurt wallet. Most people (Both old and new users) get it twisted when it comes to how to log in their blurt wallet.

Initially, what we did was to log into your blurt.blog account, there is need to log into your blurt wallet account.

To log into your blurt wallet account;

  1. Click on the image icon at the top right corner of your phone.

  2. Check in the drop down menu and select the "wallet option.

  3. When your wallet opens, it shows you three sections in which your coin can be accumulated.

  • the normal blurt wallet.
  • Your blurt power wallet.
  • A wallet for saving some of your blurt coins, which you don't have any plans of using them anytime soon.
  • But to really log into your wallet, click on the Three horizontal lines icon on the top corner, click on log in and use your username and posting key again to log in. This time around, both your blurt account and blurt wallet has been properly logged in.

Now lots of you will be asking; why is my wallet divided into three different sections?? To answer your questions, check below;

  1. Blurt wallet
    This is where your liquid form of Blurt coin is being accumulated. This liquidity means the asset(coin) that can be readily converted in to cash. This section of the wallet can be transferred at any moment.

  2. Blurt power (BP)
    Now is the BP. In this place, some percentage of your rewards is being accumulated here to which serves as the coin that gives influence to users on the platform. It it also kept as a part of your investment on the platform. The more you invest, the more your influence increase on the site.

    Investment here means keeping part of your coin for the future.
    Also, this coin can be withdrawn at any moment, but has a 7 days duration. This means that if you decide to withdraw your 400 blurt power to your normal blurt wallet, this 400bp will be divided into 4, which is 100 blurt power each... Now these 100 blurt power each will drop in your wallet 4 times for four weeks, making it 400 blurt power.

  3. Savings
    Just like every other saving system, here is where you save some of the coin you have no intentions of withdrawing any time soon. Also, if you wish to withdraw your savings, just go to your savings wallet and withdraw. Withdrawal last for three days.

Note;

All transactions involving your blurt coin should be approved using either your active key or master key.

How to set my rewards

Now in blurt.blog, you can either set your reward to receive 25% blurt coin and 75% blurt power or you set it to 100% blurt power.

To set your reward on every content you wish to post, check the reward setting below and continue.

Now, let's talk about blurt.blog in details. Unlike Facebook and WhatsApp that allows you to post and comment without being rewarded, blurt.blog is also another form of social media platform that rewards it users for publishing unique contents. The blurt coin is the asset used in rewarding users for publishing and commenting on the site.

Talking about rewarding, all rewards comes in after a post has been upvoted, and it takes 7 days before dropping into your wallets.

How to get rewarded in blurt.blog

In blurt.blog, users get rewarded for virtually everything they post. In other to get rewarded in this site, you should consider the following;

  • keep posting daily to keep you active.
  • Comment on other people's post.
  • Engage in different types of contests.
  • Participate in the weekly Blurttradinghub academy tasks.

What can I post on blurt.blog?

You can post anything of your choice provided they're;

  • Unique (your work)
  • authentic ( Not some unnecessary contents)
  • Contain cited images and quotes.

One major thing that can never be tolerated on the blurt site is the issue of plagiarism. No matter what content you wish to post, just make sure that you are the real owners of it. If you wish to quote from what someone said, or from what you got from the internet, just indicate by citing it.
