Our mindset towards life should be a positive one. We need to embrace our work with so much love and not see it as a punishment, burden or problem. Weekdays could be difficult if the feeling that your job is a burden is in your head. Inspiration and motivation are everywhere and all you need to do is to look for it in the right place and make good use of it. Okay, if it is actually true that your job is a burden and posing problems to you, why not embrace it and ensure that you defeat all the fears and troubles and have a good testimony to share at the long run. It may be your stepping stone to achieving greatness.

There is a popular saying that "if you fail to plan, you plan to fail". Planning, which could also be called preparation is very important in every aspect of life. Imagine a football team going to a match without training together or planning their formation and tactics - they have probably failed from the onset. This is also applicable in our daily life either at our work, family, finances etc. A troop of fighters or soldiers that want to win a battle will be making preparations when their enemies are sleeping. William W. Arthur once said, "Prepare while others are daydreaming". You have an edge over your competitors when you are prepared and you've planned. Take the extra mile and don't get tired or bored because on this lane you might be few and it may get boring. Not so many people wants to go an extra mile. There're no traffic jams along the extra mile says Roger Staubach.

Furthermore, in everything you do, be open to learning. Never ever stop learning and this does not exclude the little things that may seem unimportant and irrelevant. You'd be shocked at what point it will be needed and you'd have some regret if you didn't learn it when you had it at your disposal. Learning also include getting used to how to behave, talk, sit, eat, dress and so on in certain places. You need to learn how to take responsibility for your mistakes, how to adapt to a new different environment or situation and so on. Restrain from making excuses and pointing accusing fingers at all times.
