Did you used? memo key or trying to use whalevalut? Or maybe you have problem with saving memo key? did you tried refresh page?
you have to add memo key to whalevault - - that's what i did to fix it

you will need to use BlurtKey app on iOS
(Similar to Hive Keychain app)
(or just like WhaleVault on desktop)

Me too, I used Keychain but nothing happened.
I will try adding the private memo key.

I didn’t even get that option or you mean instead of username ?
In Keychain settings, there is a place to add your private keys, including a memo key. I had never added it before now, because it wasn't useful for anything. Unfortunately, adding it hasn't fixed anything and I still can't log in. Logiczombie (below) says that worked for him, though, so maybe give it a try.
