When I realised hive has less daily users than I hve fb friends I realised all the platforms have a chance to be fair.

I'm amazed HIVE has lasted this long and I hope Blurt can grow bigger than HIVE!
I am wondering the same things about Hive Jerry. That downvote is a major downer so it's only a matter of time.
How many holes can you knock into the bottom of a boat before the water is UP to everyone's neck? Every downvote is a hole and depending on the weight of the downvote that determines the size of the hole. 🕳️
Blurt, on the other hand, is on a way more positive trajectory! It's overlooked right now... but I'm confident that's going to change. When this happens it's going to surprise a lot of people. I will not be surprised and I'm guessing you won't either! 😄

To be fair I thought it was bigger than it was I looked at users not that long ago and back in its day steemit had 5 k daily users now hive has 4 k and 3/4 of those most like come from splinterland players. I have more Facebook friends than hive has daily users and I’m a nobody who doesn’t try and get them. The figures made me realise that right now they are all so low any could take it. I mean if after 6 years you have less users than you had before that’s not a good sign.
I think it’s on the way out but I could be wrong they push any decent blogger off. I am with @frot tho that most the time I genuinely think it’s a CIA experiment to test a small group out with a 1984 style leadership and see how society would tolerate it. I’m not sure they want it to be busy the way they behave. They also pushed a ton of influencers off at some point. I think perhaps they like it very tiny or it doesn’t make sense.
VERY interesting take. I'm going to give this some consideration.

Actually YOU personally could grow BLURT or at least have a majorly influential Community here worth Millions on it's own... LEO community on hive is an example of what I'm talking about.
So imagine your personal crypto following building BLURT wallets and moving ALL engagement over to accounts like This One. Comments on YouTube are nice but they don't pay and require too much attention. Maybe shut off comments in YouTube videos and instead make your YouTube videos as BLURT posts and invite your YouTube viewers to comment instead on BLURT... They will follow and subscribe on YouTube, buy move your comment section to BLURT for feedback and engagement. With a BLURT wallet and a probit, or Ionomy account, your following can get into any other crypto in a matter of steps... WITHOUT A BANK. I do the same thing with hive-Engine and TribalDEX... Meaning...

I have three fb accounts ranging from500 to 700 friends and i never use it it i just get a 30 day ban if i say anything
My old one had 6,000 cause I used to accept anyone that added lol so I just dumped it all and started over and now have about 3,000 I think
That’s why it shocks me how low hive daily users is as I don’t even try, I try to downgrade my fb lol and I’m a nobody.
I only got banned once surprisingly and I post mad shit I think just all the ppl who would report me blocked me now
The limit is acruallt 5 k but for some reason it let me keep adding and I hD no idea it was that high. Then it suddenly stopped and when I genuinely met ppl on a photo shoot or something and went to add them I had to painstakingly remove 1,000 ppl if I wanted to add one lol which, is another reason I started over and was far more picky. I just see fb as a connections zone rly for work, jobs, ideas, memes lol
Well that seems to work, for an anti vaxer conspiracy theorist its a bit of a minefield, almost all the people i knew unfriended me years ago when i let rip about injections back in 2016. I don't use my real name any more because sooner or later the horsefaced tranny may come looking.

You rebuilt around that time lol I lost tons of ppl but gained loads more most my fb is super awake and cool now with a couple of stragglers, I think it’s why I don’t get banned rly cause I don’t have those squares to report me. A lot of it is ai too so you can just avoid certain words, Altho I don’t rly bother, but I’m in a group helping ppl travel without shots and they have some rules about not using words and have alternative words for things like vaccines etc

It’s true tho and they actively push off anyone who has any real world presence on social media which, is almost like a kamikaze move. Either they rly are stupid and just so jealous and bitter they are unable to make sensible decisions or they genuinely like it small and have reasons they don’t want it to grow. I mean they literally push off almost anyone who has social media presence of any level, including a whole bunch of ‘influencers’ at some point and could actually actually bring in new members. It’s very bizarre. I’m not a big fan of influencers myself but you defo don’t push them off your platform if you want it to grow.
