Week of January 23; to January 29, 2023

The fourth week of the year 2023 begins with the Moon in its new phase. There it will remain until Friday the 27th, since on Saturday the 28th of January it will enter a growing phase. This New Moon on Saturday the 21st was very significant, since it corresponds to the first New Moon of the year 2023, opening the possibility of very positive beginnings in the professional and work environment. It was also a powerful Moon to discard everything that is not functional in our existence, and additionally it preceded the Chinese New Year, Year of the Rabbit, which opens up a universe of opportunities.

This week is ideal for successfully starting a new habit, starting a project, and this is because the Moon increases creativity, inventiveness, and encourages new habits, ideas, concepts and thoughts, so that they are more lasting. The habits to start can be: healthy diet, exercise routine, body care routine, organization of your activities through a schedule, etc. The projects could be: Start a new economic activity, new studies, artistic activities, among others, and obviously, a new relationship. Starting in this phase is propitious, as it allows you to keep the habit stable and achieve success in your project.

At the level of the physical body, it is a good period to cut hair, as it will revitalize and grow strong, although less quickly. They are also ideal days to cut your nails, wax, exfoliate, detoxify and deworm. As I previously mentioned, diets, especially low-calorie and detox diets, will be more effective this week.

Days in which the care of the earth and the roots is greatly benefited. For example, weeding the land, aerating it, enriching it with solid and liquid fertilizers, carrying out transplants, whether they are seedlings or already large plants. It is also a week when you can cut wood, since it will not be damaged.

Semana del 23 al 29 de Enero 2023

La cuarta semana del año 2023, inicia con la Luna en fase nueva. Allí se mantendrá hasta el viernes 27, puesto que el sábado 28 de Enero entrará en fase creciente. Esta Luna Nueva del día sábado 21 fue muy significativa, ya que corresponde a la primera Luna nueva del año 2023, abriendo la posibilidad de comienzos muy positivos en el ámbito profesional y laboral. También fue una Luna potente para descartar todo lo que no es funcional en nuestra existencia, y adicionalmente precedió al Nuevo Año Chino, Año del Conejo, lo que abre un universo de oportunidades.

Esta semana es ideal para iniciar exitosamente un nuevo hábito, comenzar un proyecto, y esto se debe a que la Luna incrementa la creatividad, la inventiva, y alienta nuevos hábitos, ideas, conceptos y pensamientos, para que sean más duraderos. Los hábitos a iniciar pueden ser: Dieta saludable, rutina de ejercicios, rutina de cuidado corporal, organización de tus actividades mediante un horario, etc. Los proyectos podrían ser: Iniciar una nueva actividad económica, nuevos estudios, actividades artísticas, entre otros, y obviamente, una nueva relación. El inicio en esta fase es propicio, pues te permite mantener estable el hábito y alcanzar éxito en tu proyecto.

A nivel del cuerpo físico es un buen período para cortar el cabello, pues se revitalizará y crecerá fuerte, aunque menos rápido. También son días idóneos para cortarse las uñas, depilarse, exfoliarse, desintoxicarse y desparasitarse. Como ya mencioné previamente, las dietas, especialmente las hipocalóricas y desintoxicantes serán más efectivas esta semana.

Días en los cuales el cuidado de la tierra y las raíces se ve muy beneficiado. Por ejemplo, hacer desterronamiento y desmalezamiento de la tierra, airearla, enriquecerla con abonos sólidos y líquidos, realización de trasplantes, ya sea de plántulas o de plantas ya grandes. También es una semana en la cual se puede cortar madera, pues no se dañará.

Lunes 23 Enero 2023, Luna en Piscis: Es un día muy positivo para inventar y probar cosas nuevas, dar a conocer tus actividades y proyectos (publicitarlos). Todo lo que sea innovación está bien aspectado.
