in blurt •  3 years ago

Hello everyone, @rizal.konoha2 is here again to provide information and stories about my travels and adventures that might be your reference for visiting or going on adventures with me. On this occasion, I would like to share a story about my journey to a tourist destination in Aceh.

The beautiful charm of Indonesia does make this motherland so special. Not only Indonesia, several provinces apparently have their own taglines to show the characteristics of their tourist destinations. One of them is Visit Aceh. The province, which is known as the Veranda of Mecca, turns out to have very rich tourism. The Land Above the Clouds is no exception, which is located in the Tanoh Gayo Highlands.

It has been raining since this morning, wetting the Lukup Badak area, Pegasing sub-district, Aceh district. middle. The new clock shows 11.00 WIB. A number of tourists from various regions began to arrive. The rafting equipment is clearly visible, helmets, peddles, life jackets and rafting boats are neatly arranged in front of the registration post. The Gayo Adventure rafting ride which is managed by the Gayo Nature Tourism Cooperative in collaboration with the Indonesia Rafting Federation - Central Aceh is located about 7,5 kilometers from Takengon City.

we prepared to wade through the river. However, before that, members of the Gayo Nature Tourism Cooperative first explained the rules of the game and safety. Each rafting participant must wear complete equipment provided by the organizer. Before doing rafting, we first did a little warm-up and muscle stretching to prevent cramps which could be fatal when rafting. After doing the registration process and stretching, we were ready to do white water rafting.

The excitement of racing on the Peusangan River, Lukup Badak, is so obvious because in addition to the swift current, there are various quite challenging obstacles. In some parts of the river, rafting participants have to avoid tree branches that cover most of the river area, there is also a bridge that spans the river so that when we pass it we have to duck in a boat, in some parts of the river there are many large rocks and rapids that are quite deep. It's quite fun, while walking along the river, the panorama is presented with alternating views such as rice fields, coffee plantations, secondary crops, to waterwheels.

Unknowingly, our boat arrived at the finish which indicated that our adventure along the Peusangan river had ended. After we cleaned up, we rested by the river and enjoyed hot coffee while watching the other tourists walking along the river and also the beautiful scenery that was presented in front of us.

Maybe this is a short story about our trip some time ago to the Lukup Badak Takengon rafting tourist spot, which may have many shortcomings in writing and also the storyline may be irregular and also complete, in this case I apologize because I am still in the process. learning process. I really hope for criticism and suggestions from all of you, so that I can develop better in the future.

Best regards @rizal.konoha2
