Hello everyone, let me share with you the view of my little town in West Bali, Indonesia. We are celebrating our independence day at the moment. There were a number of activities to celebrate it.
Few days ago, we had marching competition. Then we also had cultural show, such as dance, traditional music performance and shadow puppet. Today, August 18th 2022, we are having a parade in our town.
The parade would show case many different aspect of the town's life from farming, culture, religion, and art. People, especially, the kids are very excited to see the parade.
I went to the town, which located 5 minutes, from where I live. I saw that the street route were altered for the parade. Some street were also blocked.
A stage was built by the street in the town center. There were a lot of chairs prepared. This is where the town regent and the guests would be placed to watch the parade.
It's going to be exciting. I would definitely watch the parade with my family.
