For me the trending page is a place to discover new bloggers, new topics and new friends, not a place to avoid!!!!! I don't want to see the same crap from the same sh## posters, day for day, week for week, month for month etc.... Is that so hard to comprehend????
nobody is forcing you to look at trending
i generally find interesting people by reading some of the followers of people i already know
or just scanning the "all new posts"
The best of the new posts.... are the trending!!!!
But they aren't because they are being blocked by crap posts....

The argument is going in an absolute wrong direction.
For me (and most likely everybody else here) trending means new, cool, original, awesome and authentic stuff from good bloggers!

"trending" is purely a matter of "biggest money votes"
NOT "quality"
