🐋 The number of Bitcoin whales has reached its highest level since January 2021 —

there are currently 1,678 wallets holding over 1,000 BTC.

But even if a wallet holds less than 1,000 BTC, these are still significant amounts closely watched by the community.

For instance, yesterday, another ancient wallet with 150 BTC ($10,000,000) woke up and transferred all its coins after 13 years of inactivity [link here].

Back in 2011, these BTC were worth just $2,500.

And today, it was reported that a Bitcoin wallet containing 50 BTC ($3.4 million) moved all its coins after 14 years of dormancy [link here].
