Binance celebrated its 7th anniversary with 210 million users
In 14 July, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, Binance, marked its 7th anniversary, reaching a milestone of 200 million users.
Binance CEO, Richard Teng, emphasized in a published article titled "Seven Years at the Forefront of Financial Innovation" that Binance remains a "young startup." He also noted that the company has successfully navigated several crises, learning crucial lessons along the way.
Among Binance's major achievements are:
Custody assets surpassing $100 billion.
Support for 541 cryptocurrencies and 2632 trading pairs.
24 million users on the Binance Pay payment system.
43.6 million users on the Binance Academy educational platform.
Institutional registrations growing by 36% in the first half of 2024.
Licenses held in 18 jurisdictions and processing approximately 62,800 requests from law enforcement agencies in the last year.
