Maybe it can only upvote if the voting is stuck at 100% for more than 24 hours ? It’s better if an account is upvoting rather than not. What good is it to have Blurtpower just sitting there doing nothing.

well in my opinion if you're going to vote automatically it's better not to vote than to vote. because it simply discourages voting by hand. Why should I spend my time manually voting when someone else gets the same reward for drinking coffee and eating cookies on a show?
The second thing is how it is said, the authors feel that they are writing to the wall and get discouraged, the third is that we all get in the pocket as more and more blurts are made. And a situation like autovoting is usually used by scammers and people who just want to DRAIN the platform with the lowest possible effort, i.e. the worst kind of users who lead every project down.
