In agricultural mindset keeping off snails is a little bit real because of all what it entails to build the snail house which is called snailery. And this snail house ranges with differences. The rate at which the snails feed constantly may render summer very financial handicap. I said this because they also consume concentrate feeds likewise all other foodstuff or waste. So if you have all this around your farm or your home. You can absolutely source for a very good snail farmer and purchase your own then keep them safe.
They can easily survive during the rainy season because of the nature of natural rainfall or the nature of the atmosphere. I said the nature of the atmosphere because it will not be extremely hot just like in the case of the rainy season. But for those that has four types of seasons you can absolutely give it a trial.

When I saw them few hours ago on the farm, they were very close to each other and my thought was that they were mating. But when I moved more closer a bit I saw that it was just a child play. Keeping them as animals may also be irritating because of the juice that comes out of snails naturally.
You can start keeping them from a very small size and within 4 to 6 months it will become more bigger then you can sort them out. Something out of snails can also be stressful but it is highly necessary. When you forgo this Method you may end up losing a lot of snails that are yet to grow up.
When there is heavy rainfall we really enjoy picking up snails freshly. This may not be so in your own country but slow and steady you can get them from farmers.
