Hello Blurtters,

The fact that you are utilizing the rainy season does not means that you will not face one challenge on the other but it also means that you need to be observant regularly to be rest assured that there will be a very positive production at the end of the planting season which every individual farmer aim at. I was late to be in the farm recently when I saw this changes along the pepper Farm which has never occurred in recent time. After I made up more mobile seedbed for planting I had to transplant some new set of pepper. Even inside the nursery section at the moment I still have more pepper to be transplanted and it will be done as soon as possible.

Why I did not recently transplant more chill and Bell pepper at the moment is that they are was absence of rainfall since 5 to 4 days ago. Which is very dangerous to Farming. During the rainy season and there is stoppage of rainfall suddenly, it is very dangerous because it will have a adverse effect on crops if care is not taken because at the moment we have more of dry land. So that was why I did not transfer more chill pepper.

For those ones I already transplanted I have them growing up gradually even though I introduced the artificial irrigation system. I have always adopted this method so many years ago and it worked out such that so many people were asking me what was my farming secret when they got to my farm. So as a farmer you have a lot to learn to practicalize and also to observe even on the field.

  • These are some new transplanted chill pepper or you can call it hot Scotch pepper, which I transplanted before the rain stopped so I had to adopt artificial irrigation system to improve their growth and development. I can really see more improvement.

I already used this particular mobile seat bed for planting initially so for some months they pepper I had did not grow up or reproduce. So I had to uproot them one after the other then replace them instantly because there is no time to waste.

What I did also was to improve their growth and development so I had to observe day after day till this present moment.

I also saw this little changes that occurred recently. There was either insect or animal feeding on the leaves of the pepper. So I observed it several times but I was not able to figure it out so I planned to stay back and visit the farm late. But before then I captured some pictures.

At this junction all these pictures you are saying are supposed to be a flowering chill and Bell pepper at this point in time but because of the little changes that occurred some days ago they were really affected. I'm going to find out what really attacked the leaves maybe it snails 🐚🐌🐚. Or rodents.

I also give a lot of time and that was why I was also able to trace what was going on. When you are into any farming or any career you must be able to listen and address some issues gently and softly. When I got to know about this changes I took my time to observe other leaves of other crops to know what was going on.

I was also able to notice quickly because of the nature of the farm settings. The use of mobile seed bed is absolutely a top notch for any crop that has no deep root.
