The cropping system always shoot up greatly during the raining season which makes some crawling crops extensively active for growth and development. Yes. Not all crops can do well during the rainy season we have some crops that don't survive at all. Because of the nature of the weather. I bring to you the Potato 🍠🍠 farm or potato garden. It is also not too common in some other States but here in western part of Nigeria we have people going into potato farming it is of great benefits because when you plant just a potato vine, it will grow up to give you more within a short period of time it keeps multiplying day after day.
There is always more in learning about potato farming. We need a lot of knowledge to kick off. I could remember when my late dad began the potato farming so many years ago and I was also there to learn how to plant it and also how to manage the farm. The harvesting also needs a lot of knowledge too. You can use the vine for other uses even when you plant it this way.
You make sure that the leaves are very healthy for planting in the first place. Then you also make sure that the agricultural Farmland is very fertile for planting of potato 🍠🍠.
There are some potatoe Vine that doesn't fit for planting yet you can use them for feeding your animals.
