When you start to rear your animals it's we motivate you to see beyond boundaries and it will also inspire you too no more about your animals. When I started the rabbit keeping and rabbit business it was not an easy task because there was a lot of pressure on either small even when I was in the University. I was guided by myself. So I realized so many things about animal keeping which has also helped me at the moment. The type of animal you keep also matters a lot. There are large animals and also there are small animals. The small animals can be easily get into and start immediately although every plans must be set aside before you start animal keeping or animal breeding. It always reflects even when you start the keeping gradually because you will always start as a novice.
I always say a lot of messages in my discord channel asking how to get started about animal keeping most especially rabbits, guinea pig snails and so on. It is very good to have a bright positive mindset about farming because your spirit will always work with you to be successful. Keeping of animals always engage the act of feeding your animals with concentrate feeds and green vegetables which will accomplish your the first concentrate you give in the morning. Or as alternative you can interchange the feeding routine and it will work absolutely well. When you give them just the concentrate feeds alone it will make them to grow but in the other hand you may also grow up more fat in them. But when you mix the feed with the green vegetable it will be a balance meal for your animals if you have the strength.
- One of the commonest weed you can also see around your environment here in West Africa Nigeria is the Tridaxs weeds. It grow up frequently when there is much rainfall. It is usually much during the rainy season. You can also transplant it from one agricultural land to another and they will survive easily. You can also transplant them during the dry season but you will always do much work for it to germinate and start growing up on its own. I said this because I've done the experiment it worked for me.
This is how the weed looks like it serve as antibiotics for both man and animal. Sometimes when your rabbit or your animal feel sick or weak you can use this type of weed to serve as food and you will see the transformation on your animal. I've tried it more than twice or three times and my animals came back fully.
We were also taught in school that the wheat is very nutritious to animal because they will always feed on it. I could remember when I started introducing the wheat to my rabbit did not fed on it instantly but when I waited for a while they started eating it up slowly.
When you feed your rabbit with this type of grass or weed or plant with a lot of patience in order for you to have a very sorted plant. I said sorted because you will always need to double check on the weed before you use it to feed your animals some predators to eat such as insects, spiders, egg, larvae,termite etc.
The love of keeping animals must always be within you and assault it will reflect more likeness and the affection will become more stronger and stronger within time. The love I have for animals take for example is always the top notch because everyday I visit the farm and I see them with more great passion to even have more animals to keep or though I need to check on my finances. To keep animals you need a lot of money and to make them survive.
- The Tridax weed has a flower portion which is yellow in color and also has basement of green. So this serve as a very good of identification when you see it from a very far or near position. Before you can transplant it you will know that you uprooted the plant with it roots. This root will develop and start a new life.
When you want to harvest the plant as well you will cut it from the base but sometimes you may uproot the plant from the soil and the touch the soil from the plant. The rabbits or your animals will feed on them. You must always be careful when fetching the plant for your animals because so many predators hang around within the plant for survival and some actually stay on the plant to search for prey.
