Tal como lo veo, cumple con las expectativas de las personas que viven allí, también permite crear empleos para quienes los desean.Es un espacio abierto, no como otros centros cerrados. Dispone de multitud de comercios, farmacias, tiendas de ropa, calzado, supermercado, tienda de animales, heladería, panadería, parking y Star Center. Puede ser un estándar, pero para reconocer un sitio, debe invertir para cumplir con los estándares de cada ciudadano.Se encuentra entre la Avenida 5 de Junio y Manabí, a unos 700 metros del Instituto Ecuatoriano de Seguridad Social.
