I am pleasantly surprised by the amount of responses. Lots of valuable comments here. So I decided to reply with one comment:
@drutter
I, of course, have similar observations, which I mentioned in the article, however, as for simplifying this, the only thing that could be done here is probably just to do something like join using a google account or something like that. Basically, joining Blurt, e.g. using the @fervi app, is so easy and fast that even logging in to any portal where you have to enter your e-mail twice and your password twice in the form and then often confirm it with a confirmation e-mail is 2 times more time consuming and complicated than joining blurt.
Here you only need to enter your nick, copy your password, enter your e-mail address and copy your password to a safe place and you can already log in to the network after clicking create.
The issue here, in my opinion, is simply that it's something new and different from what users have been used to everywhere else, it's a bit like old people and payment cards. Basically, paying with a card is much more trivial than with cash because you don't even have to know how to count, but many older people are afraid of it.
Nevertheless, of course, there is always much that can be done about it. A lot of confusion is caused by the issue of 3 keys, but there is little you can do here because it is a key security issue.
It's not that complicated after all. If someone can understand that he has a separate key for the car, a separate one for the apartment and a separate one for the office, then he will probably also understand that he has a separate key for writing, a separate key for managing funds and a separate top-level key for changing everything;)
In this field, you just need to do simple enough tutorials that explain what's going on in an accessible way by analogy.
Thanks for the valuable comments anyway, a simple way came to my mind thanks to them. I will present in the future :)
@esecholo
you have a similar idea that is already circulating among the some devs, but here i agree with @mariuszkarowski those second layer tokens goes nowhere.
@unpoetaenamorad
Downvotes are one of the main reasons we are here and not on hive. And in my opinion, one of the main reasons why, for example, several of my friends to whom I recommended hive earlier in the 4 years of using it, did not find it on hive or steem;] They are also the reason why many people gave up this type of blockchains even though they published a lot and they invited many users before, and now even if you mention blurt to them and say it's a steem fork, they immediately react negatively. If someone writes such things that he is worried about the lack of negative votes, then I suspect that he is involved in the promotion of this platform or heard somewhere the propaganda of hive developers who get a lot of benefits from downvoting.
Their lack is also the reason why Blurt is the first blockchain of this type on which I decided to get involved in something more than writing because I always considered them to be the biggest failure of this system.
@mariuszkarowski,
fervi was thinking about something like this and I agree it would be great, but I don't know if it's beyond us so far when it comes to technical possibilities. We're both still learning advanced programming, but Fervi's proficiency is much further down the road. However, the main enemy here is probably time.
however, something like a more modest version of this idea appeared to me regarding the plans to develop the blurt.pl website. However, I still need a few more hours of study before I can achieve something meaningful in this trem.
@webstorm
I have also used this plugin and it is great. agree 100%
@northern-tracey
yes the same as above, agree 100% but maybe solution is in the way. We see what BeBlurt offering because it is a matter of front end development.
@yuriy4
good point, i think there is really a lot to do here. this is one of the two things that looks like quantum physics to most users... how to withdraw, how to buy... and then there is the demonization of crypto by the mainstream. Sowing distrust.
When it will be possible to buy a Blurt token in two clicks, it will be a big breakthrough. Many creative individuals will be able to quickly raise their content. I think this will be a much needed feature in the Blurt platform. Thank you very much for responding to my comment. Good luck and prosperity to you.
