No one has been banned from trending. The trending page now takes into consideration how many people vote, reBlurt and comment on the post instead of just checking for the amount of votes.
This change was done several months ago and the community was informed via an official post.
I don't know anything about the fake Blurtlatam front-end called intinite. It is being run by Fervi and a few others. You might have to ask them about it.

I call it fake Blurtlatam because it is not being run by the actual Blurtlatam team. The owners of the new front-end could have called it anything but they chose to stick with Blurtlatam.
And it has been working all along. You probably were sleeping under a rock or something.
