Did you know that pizza margherita is originated from Naples of Italy. Based on what my friends told me, a chef from Naples made it to honor the queen’s visit. Queen of Italy name Margherita. The colours of it symbolises the color of their flag which is the tri-color, green, white and red. For green he used basil, for white he used mozzarella and for red he used tomato🍅 .

Yea it is 🤩 and it’s even taste really amazing with buffalo mozzarella. It called the white gold or the pearl of the table for a reason. It’s from buffalo milk it’s quite different from fior di latte which is form cow’s milk.
Do you have a brick oven in your backyard?
Actually I don’t have but my employer has. Since I’ve been here in Rome for 8 years believe me this is just the second time to tour around. It’s a long vacation for me 🤩 that’s why I’ve got to visit Norway too. But this coming Friday back to normal 🫠
Staying in Rome for 8 years is quite a feat. Still, that looks like a tasty pizza and maybe worth it to join the employer dinner party. I don't have hot enough oven either, but whenever I crave Napoli there are a few restaurants nearby.
