Hebrews 5:9 And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him;
Jesus Christ is the author of eternal salvation. His power to save is born out of the fact that He's perfect.
Only the Saviour can save. The blood of animals can't save. The incantations of men is vain.
Only the spotless blood of Jesus can deliver from the destruction to come.
By His blood, He delivers from sin, sickness, failure, frustrations and ungodly attitudes.
The salvation is for those that obey Him. Disobedience repels the salvation package, thus those that refuse to obey Christ shall perish.
Take a stand on this today. Are you already saved? It's continuous obedience that will keep you saved.
Are you still unsaved, arise today and confess Christ as your Savior, then shall you be saved.

Dear Father of salvation, thank you for saving us from the evil to come. Please touch every unsaved heart and draw them to yourself, in Jesus name. Amen.
