OK That may be a bit misleading - I don't really think it's possible to win an argument with anyone, and especially not with someone who loves arguing.
But for several reasons I'm
going to go through the
motions now.
I'm on holiday and it's
beautiful here so this
wouldn't usually be a good
use of my time. But
this morning it's pissing
down.
I don't have a PC and
the internet here is about
1/100th of the speed I'm
used to.
But I do have a very
cool tablet with a stylus
that I use for art, and
it can in theory do hand
writing to text conversion

to leave this post unedited.
Arguing with anyone is in
many ways a mark of
respect. It is saying that
you think they are worth
the time to disagree
with. But we do not
always need to be attached
to changing their opinion.
This post came about because
of a disagreement about
Hitler of all people.
Lucylin is planning to do
a sseries of posts about
Hitler. He has studied
the subject and come
to his own conclusions
about Hitler. I have
also done some research
and come to very different
conclusions. That is fine.
And that is the secret
to winning an argument.
Allow your opponent the
respect of agreeing to
disagree. If you think
the person you are arguing
with is a moron, give
yourself the respect of
not arguing with them,
they are wasting your time

It's good to disagree with others with as much positive discourse as possible...
It's also good to research your opponents view in order to confirm your own opinion, or perhaps change it if you find some new information that has been hidden from you for far too long, that you find you agree with. 🖖

The only reason to argue with morons - is to be able to highlight them to others.

I’m down the rabbit hole again of project high jump and the beings in hollow earth talking to admiral Byrde. I probably have a totally different opinion to most ppl so I tend to not talk about hitler too much lol
I defo learnt the lesson of arguing with people who just love to argue for the sake of arguing. The problem is trying to prove yourself or your point to them with the same crap both sides over and over lol to them it’s easier to just block or ignore and not care. I think ppl generally know within 3 sentences if they will have engaging conversation on a topic that will lead to higher awareness or knowledge, even if you disagree on a topic.
I think the kabalyon has it right to only talk to ppl who are already open to some level to where you are at, they don’t support the notion of sitting there getting attacked and are more choosy with who they talk to about what.
