Also, when You consider that in "school" They give the students psych tests, there just may be some probability that, for the setting up of the plannedemic, They allowed the psychopaths to "succeed" in that role more often than not... It would explain why so many "doctors" went along.
But yeah, when We remove money from the equation, the only reason to be a doctor, nurse, etc., will be because One cares.
