Thanks. The case has to be solved in the right manner of guiding newbies and users. They have to move unambiguous through the whole process without any doubt. No matter what they are fiddeling around. They need to feel secure through the whole process.

I might add an option to allow them to change the payment method at the step 4

Sounds like the easiest way. Going back doesn't work proper. Why there is any backwards way? Better to write ''interrupt'' instead of ''previous''. Then they know, to start step one again.

There is no "previous" in step 4. Which previous you are referencing to?

Before you select a payment then submit, you can go back to previous step to change password or username. Not clear the issue is.

The issue is: when I go back from #4 to #3 changing the payment and then going back to #2 there is no name and the utility doesn't go on anymore. The backwards part stucks on #2. there I cant go on to #3 again. and name was away. Excuse me I told you it's #3. Bad boy is #2. It doesn't worked on my browser.
