Who dishes out the most in payouts on the Blurt blockchain? I have revised this list of the top 20 accounts ranked by how much BLURT they curate to content. Since half of all payouts go back to the curators, this is also a list of the top 20 curation reward earners.
How it was calculated
Since there is no published data on this, I used the tool created by @ecosynthesizer / @eastmaels to sort all Blurt accounts by BP. Then I went through the top 150 or so, and found the top 80 in "Vote Weight", which is their Blurt Power plus delegated BP coming in minus delegated BP going out.
VW = BP + delegations in - delegations out
Then I removed any that are obviously bots, like @Blurtbooster, @CTime, and @Primeradue. There's nothing necessarily wrong with bots, but they are not manual curators. This took several off the list. (If you know of any on my final list that are bots, please let me know and I'll remove them.)
Then I removed any that have not curated within the past 3 days. This took dozens off the list. Some have never even logged in to Blurt. Others have some degree of activity here, but just aren't curating regularly. Having BP is only half the equation - you also have to USE it!
Finally, I sorted the remaining accounts by VW - how much BLURT they're allocating to content (and likewise, earning in curation rewards). I did not account for Voting Power, since we now know that Voting Power does not affect total votes or rewards.
Final Results
Voting Weight is listed in thousands of BLURT.

As of today, March 9th 2023, those are the 20 accounts manually drawing the largest amounts from the Blurt reward pool.
Combining accounts owned by the same person, and removing any that primarily vote for themselves and/or a closed group ("farmers" and "circle jerkers"), we can list the 10 biggest manual organic curators of Blurt:
- mmmmkkkk311 / mariuszkarowski / mk-sports-token
- r2cornell / r2cornell-curate / dsc-r2cornell
- leifasaur
- ecosynthesizer
- blurtlatam
- curationcoconut
- blurtpower
- outofthematrix
- drutter
- kryptodenno
I hope you found this useful and interesting. Now go out there and create high-quality original content, and hope you're visited by the above excellent curators!
Personal situation
I'm honoured to appear on a list with such all-stars of manual voting. Without curation, there are no payouts on this blockchain. No curation, no Blurt! So these people are not only Blurt's investors, they are the ones keeping the platform running, the ones drawing in and maintaining content-creators, the ones giving the BLURT token value.
I last updated at 700k a couple weeks ago. My mission is 1,000,000 BP by December 31st! I'm growing quickly right now because the BLURT price dipped and I picked up some more on Hive-Engine. I won't be able to keep up that pace forever, but it has been nice to scoop some cheap BP, to boost me through the rest of the year.
I also currently have a 300k delegation from my buddy Dan, so that's helping me out through the month of March! My grand total VW is 1075k right now.
I don't know if I'm going to reach my goal, but that's challenging me to make it happen, so you never know! I may buy a little more BLURT if the price stays down. I've given myself the biggest boost I can. And I hope to continue creating unique content and earning the votes of many curators.

The update was successful.
This time tomoyan did not enter :)
We will see if the people who cast their votes through a bot can update their user list in order to make their voting more conscious in those articles whose quality is far from the original.
I still believe in the work they do, because as you say, they are the ones that get the most BLURT from the reward pool.
Thanks!
I don't see any problem with casting votes through a bot, unless they are selling their votes. Vote selling/buying is the specific problem, not bots in general.
I am in the rankings!!! 😍😍😍
What an honour! 🏆
100% upvote from me! 😂😂😂😜😜😜
You think that's good?

Skidmark is crying about downvotes on Hive LOLOLOL
This post serves as a motivation for me as a small account focus mainly for manual curation of filipino content creators in this platform and planning to extend it to bigger scope soon (South Easth Asia), i am driven more to strive harder to accumulate more BP and would hopefully see my account in the list soon 😊🥰
Be consistent - regularly create good content, and curate good content. Don't give up. You will grow and good things will come to you.
Good job buddy, I have gotten an upvote from quit few of them with my content. I trust with consistency hard work I will be able to attract more and get good vote consistency. Nothing bear consistency and good work with POB
Great job. Good to see analytics.
Cool. Love it how Blurt curators vote almost.in a random pattern and reward many. It's great so see so many curators on a platform ready to reward versus other platforms.
Yes, the manual curators on Blurt work hard for their money. Everybody pitches in to make the platform function.
Cool nice to know who is putting in the hard long yards keeping good post writers happy great work @drutter 👍
