Great day to bless someone else and as I was leaving for work I really thought about those of us who are blessed.
They may have material things but they do have a family, parents and siblings.
What they truly want from us is love and presence.
They wanted our support to be there for them during hard times and to bring a smile to their face when times are good.
They want us to hear their stories and to be their family.
We may not be able to take all the worry away but they know if we can bring a smile or even a small distraction for even a moment, it can turn their day around.
It may be a simple "I love you" or "you look beautiful today", but those are the things that matter.
Our actions should be done in the name of love.
