Walking is very good for health, I have been walking from a long time.
walking is the simplest exercise any age ground can do that without any problem of course not the older one who can't even stand.
Walking have many benefits that I have mentioned below have a look and enjoy.
Did you know that-
- Walking for 30-60 minutes daily is highly recommended for good health.(Try form at-least 15 minutes)
- Good for weight loss.
- No need for any Gym if you are a regular walker.
- Track your steps by your fitness application I use @actifit application to do this
- Walking is the best medicine.(For mental as well as physical health)
- Remove stress.
- Improve eyesight,if you walk in the green grass of the lawn or the ground it will be helpful to many eye problems.
- Makes your heart stronger.
- Improve Digestion.
