High quality content … is it really necessary?

Quality is in the eye of the beholder, and some people will upvote just because you upvoted something of theirs.

I’ve experienced something similar. I haven’t posted my art on Instagram in months, but I know if I posted an image right now I would get about 50 likes without having to write anything with it, not even tags. I might even get an emoji comment or two. Here on Blurt I get about 10-15 upvotes per day, and I almost never get a comment. Between this and with AI art look better and better I’m starting to wonder if there is a point to creating and posting digital art anymore.

Authors get paid when people like you upvote their post.
