This defines the company’s purpose and primary objectives, explaining why it exists and what it seeks to accomplish. It provides a practical framework for daily operations. For instance, Google’s mission is "to organize the world’s information and make it universally accessible and useful."

A clear vision and mission help align the efforts of all stakeholders, ensuring everyone works towards common goals, and guiding strategic decision-making to foster growth and innovation.

Customer Focus

Customer focus involves prioritizing the needs and preferences of customers to build strong relationships and loyalty.

Understanding Needs:

Businesses must deeply understand their target market's needs, preferences, and pain points. For example, Amazon focuses on delivering a seamless shopping experience, understanding customer preferences through data analytics, and offering personalized recommendations.

Delivering Value:

This means consistently providing high-quality products or services that meet or exceed customer expectations. For instance, Apple’s customer focus is evident in its product design, user experience, and customer service, which together create a loyal customer base.

Building Relationships:
