I have reviewed publications to which you give votes, recommend and appear in your curation report, and some of them are not published in THE COMMUNITY OF CURATORS, and I do not mention that many also handle AI and photos captured from the internet with or without rights author that the sources are not even mentioned.
If this is important to you, then you should give votes only to those who post in THE CURATORS COMMUNITY and not in other communities because that is what your rules say both for receiving a delegation and also for receiving votes from you.

I have limited time to curate posts of people I follow and I see too many reblurts in my feed. Reblurts are people I am not following. In the community a member cannot reblurt, so the post is definitely from the community member himself. Thus it is easier for me to vote and filter a delegation winner.
The few votes I give outside of the Curators Community are friends of mine, that I have known for many years here or even before that on Hive. I will continue to vote them, even if they are not in the community, but if they are not in the community, they are not eligible for the 100K Blurt Power delegation. The delegation is only for members of the community.

No, you misunderstood something there... He is giving away a further 50K delegation for the contest in the Curators Community as of next month. Now there are 100K delegation to give away.
Yeah, that's what I'm saying... he is refusing the delegation. He was delegated 50k from the contest, and he's going to delegate it back into the contest. He ends up with net zero. My guess is that he's already got enough (2 million from @jacobgadikian) so he's putting the 50k back into your contest. More for someone else! : )
He isn't doing it this month. He is enjoying his 50K delegation. After that he will be stacking up for others!
