Interacting with comments is a great way for newbies to earn BLURT.
This idea doesn't work that well on SteemIt and HIVE because those systems have a minimum payout of $0.02 and few accounts have enough staked coins to sweep the dust.
Of course BLURT does have a problem with the transaction fee. When the value of one's upvote is lower than the fee, then the system has a problem. So I guess all of the platforms provide challenges to people with small coin balances.
