Hello everyone!
A life of a mom can be exhausting and stressful sometimes. Doing houseworks and at the same time taking care of my two hyper boys would drain so much of my energy especially during the times when they're at home because they don't have class. So sometimes, I will find a place where I can feel calmness and peacefulness. Being with the nature is one of my escape way to reality. Spending time looking and appreciating every beautiful creations somehow made me feel at peace. It feels great to step outdoors after a whole morning battling with duties as a mom and wife. It feels refreshing once again when I feel and breath fresh air. It feels relaxing watching the trees, grasses and bushes dance slowly with the wind. Hearing the chirping of birds, seeing the butterflies settling on some leaves, bees sucking the nectars of the flowers and the blue sky with few clouds moving can made me smile. What a beautiful world to live in.
This afternoon, my husband permitted me to have my me time. I felt happy that finally after a tiring morning, I could feel and breath fresh air once again. It's sometimes boring when you're just at home the whole day so seeing a new beauty is a recharge. I made my way to this not so busy street. It was some months ago when I had the time to walk by this place. And I was amazed to see new houses built on the side of the road. Before only few houses can be seen but now there are lots of houses already. Some were fully constructed while others just started.
I passed by this large house which was fully constructed last year. This house looks beautiful at night because there are series lights installed on the wall especially on the window and the terrace. This is really a huge house and I like the color used on it's wall. It's simple yet very charming to see.
On the next lot, no house is built yet so the grasses grow so long already. It's kinda scary because there might be some snakes behind this tall grasses. Beside these tall grasses, it's a cassava tree. There are lots of those. The young leaves of these cassava will be taken by some people because it's a kind of vegetable here. At first I don't want to eat it because I don't know if it's edible but since my husband would bought a cooked cassava leaves, I did try and yes it's delicious indeed especially that it's cook with coconut milk.
On the opposite part of it, there are bushes, grasses and wild vines. Though the construction of a new house has already started, this place hasn't clean yet. Maybe in the future if the house will be fully constructed and the owner will transfer here, this place will be clean.
I continued walking along the road. I see another new houses which built beautifully. The color looks astonishing too. Then I saw this plant growing inside the compound of this house. As I stared at it, I noticed how beautiful it was with the blue sky on the background so I captured it. The green roof of the house added beauty to the view that I was seeing. It's a color with peaceful effect. It can't irritate to the eye. Not only that, the color of the sky looks cool too.
The journey continues after. Then, I saw a small pathway along the way. It wasn't a clean pathway but it's enough for someone to know that one could pass by it because some grasses are flatten to the ground. At the end of this narrow path, I saw the tall tree standing. I took a quick photo of it and walk to where there's a road that isn't cemented it. The view from where I walk was beautiful especially the design of this house that I spotted. It's color was almost the same on the first house that I had captured. A brown and white paint. So simple and very neat to look at.
After minutes of walking, I felt that my knees is feeling tired already so I had decided to walk back home. I was in the middle of enjoying the view of the houses when I noticed a small plane up above. It's barely noticeable in the eye but because of the trace of it, I was able to recognize it.
Last view that I had captured was a view of a tree with no leaves on its branches. I think this is a mahogany tree because I saw this kind of tree in my grandma's place way back when I was young. There are times that its leaves fall but it will grow back in time. When the leaves started to grow, this tree looks more beautiful.
