No one can succeed easily. Upon careful observation, one will find that the three states of success for a person are non competition, keeping silent, and staying alone. Only those who enter these three states will achieve success.

No scrambling for means not competing or grabbing, burying oneself in one's own affairs without complaining or getting angry, as if those things have nothing to do with oneself. Seemingly indifferent, it is actually a belief in the heart: One meets its destiny on the road he takes to avoid it, and everything happens for a reason. Some people strive for fame and fortune, even causing head broken and bleeding, but what remains in the end? Some people obtain wealth and positions through improper means, but in the end, they lose their health and even their lives. Their elderly do not live long, and their children have no prospects. This is not worth the loss. Some people are honest and hardworking, disregarding fame and fortune, seemingly achieving nothing, but in the end, such people and their elderly have good health, their children talented with a promising future. Isn't this kind of no scrambing for a kind of happiness? Isn't it a great wisdom to not strive for this?

Keeping silent means speaking less or even not speaking, being cautious in words and actions. Talk big and do nothing, and misfortune comes from the mouth. Those who understand and remain silent are wise. Furthermore, those who boast are actually shallow in knowledge, and only those who have more knowledge understand that there are too many things they do not understand. Only then will they work harder, maintain a sense of awe towards everything, remain silent, and focus on their own things. This is the principle that deep water run silent, the more knowledgeable a person is, the more modest they tend to be.

Staying alone means liking to be alone and quiet, which is not the same concept as loneliness. Staying alone is a state of being, and those who enjoy staying alone have already seen through the insincerity and hustle and bustle between people, ultimately realizing that they can only rely on themselves in the end. Those wine and meat friends, those who eat and drink, are meaningless. It's better to work silently alone than to socialize on the surface and seek a sense of security at the table. No one can be trusted in this world, the only reliable person is yourself. It's better to enjoy one's own happiness than to pursue liveliness and show off, which can relieve many troubles and give more time and energy to pursue one's own career.

When a person has no scrambing for anything, keeps silent, and stays alone, they are not far from success.
