হ্যালো বন্ধুরা
বেশ কিছুদিন যাবতীয় আমার ঘুরাঘুরি যেন শেষই হচ্ছে না। কিছু প্রয়োজনে , আবার কিছু অপ্রয়োজনে ও ঘুরাঘুরি হচ্ছে। অনেক সময় ইচ্ছা থাকা সত্ত্বেও বাসায় থাকা সম্ভব হচ্ছে না। তবে যাই বলুন ,আমার কিন্তু বেশ ভালই লাগছে।
কারণ আমি স্বভাবতই ঘর কোণে মানুষ নই ,আমি হই হোল্লায় থাকতে পছন্দ করি ,নিজেকে ব্যস্ত রাখতে পছন্দ করি ।
যেটা আগেই বলেছি বেশ কিছুদিন যাবতই অনেক জায়গায় ঘুরাঘুরি হচ্ছে ,কিছু অফিসের প্রয়োজনে, আবার অনেক সময় আমার নিজের পছন্দের জায়গায় ঘুরতে গিয়েছি নিজেকে ভালো রাখার জন্য।

আপনারা হয়তো ইতিমধ্যে জেনেছেন আমাদের প্রিন্সিপাল অবসরে গিয়েছেন। মূলত সেদিন মিডল্যান্ডে গিয়েছিলাম আপাকে নিয়েই। আমি এর আগেও মিডল্যান্ড গিয়েছিলাম ।তবে বলে রাখা ভালো মিলল্যান্ড হচ্ছে একটি বেসরকারি সংস্থা যেখানে বিদ্যুৎ তৈরি হয় ।
আশুগঞ্জ হচ্ছে বন্দরনগরী এখানে অনেকগুলো সরকারি এবং বেসরকারি প্রতিষ্ঠান রয়েছে। এর কারণ বলতে গেলে বলতে হয়, একটি সরকারি হোক আর বেসরকারি হোক বড় আকারের শিল্প প্রতিষ্ঠান গড়ে তোলার জন্য যে সকল উপকরণ গুলো প্রয়োজন সেগুলো খুব সহজেই এখানে পাওয়া যায়।
যেমন দরুন পানি ,যেহেতু আশুগঞ্জ মেঘনা নদীর তীরে অবস্থিত। তাই সারা বছর প্রচুর পরিমাণে পানি থাকে নদীতে অর্থাৎ খুব সহজেই পানি সরবরাহ থাকে। দ্বিতীয় হচ্ছে ,যোগাযোগ ব্যবস্থা ।আশুগঞ্জ ব্রাহ্মণবাড়িয়া জেলার একটি থানা, ঢাকা থেকে খুব দূরে নয় তাই খুব সহজেই ঢাকার সাথে যোগাযোগ ব্যবস্থা ভালো ।এমনকি রেল, সড়ক এবং নৌপথ এই তিন দিক দিয়েই ঢাকার সাথে ও চট্টগ্রামের সাথে যোগাযোগ করা যায়, অতি সহজেই এবং খুব অল্প সময়ে।

আমি মিডল্যান্ড গিয়েছিলাম আরো কয়েকবার প্রিন্সিপাল ম্যানের সাথে একদিন গল্প করছিলাম যে, এই নতুন প্রতিষ্ঠানটি দেখতে খুব সুন্দর অনেক গুছানো পরিপাটি পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্ন। কিন্তু মজার বিষয় হল বাইরে থেকে বোঝার কোন উপায় নেই। বাইরে থেকে শুধু কিছু বড় বড় পাইব দেখা যায় যা দিয়ে শুধু ধোয়া নির্গত হয়। কিন্তু এর ভিতরের পরিবেশ যে, এত সুন্দর কেউ না দেখলে বিশ্বাস করবে না আমিও বিশ্বাস করতাম না প্রথমে।
আমাদের আশুগঞ্জ ফার্টিলাইজার স্কুল এন্ড কলেজ, অত্র এলাকার মধ্যে স্বনামধন্য একটি প্রতিষ্ঠান। তাই আশেপাশের লোকজন এখানে পড়ানোর জন্য আগ্রহ প্রকাশ করে। প্রতিবছর ভর্তি পরীক্ষা দিয়ে একটা স্ট্যান্ডার্ড নাম্বার পেতে হয় অর্থাৎ ভর্তি হওয়ার জন্য। তবে বলে রাখা ভালো ,আশেপাশের সরকারি এবং বেসরকারি প্রতিষ্ঠানের ছেলেমেয়েদের জন্য আমরা অগ্রাধিকার দিয়ে থাকি। কারণ ওদের ছেলেমেয়েদের পড়াশোনার মৌলিক চাহিদাগুলো যদি আমরা পূরণ না করি তাহলে ওরা এখানে থাকতে চাবে না ট্রান্সফার হয়ে যাবে যা আমাদের জন্য বা সরকারের রাজস্ব বাড়ানোর ক্ষেত্রে বিরাট অন্তরায় হয়ে দাঁড়ায়।
তবে ভর্তির ক্ষেত্রে কোন ছাড় দেওয়া হয় না একটি নির্দিষ্ট নাম্বার পেলে তাকে ভর্তি করানো হয়। যাইহোক বন্ধুরা, আমাদের প্রতিষ্ঠানে যেহেতু ,ওই প্রতিষ্ঠানের ছেলেমেয়েরা পড়াশোনা করে তাই তাদের সাথে আমাদের একটি স্বাভাবিকভাবে সুসম্পর্ক গড়ে ওঠে। আর আমি সব সময় ই সবার সাথে চট করে মিশে যাই। অভিভাবকদের সাথে আমার সম্পর্ক সবসময়ই ভালো থাকে, অর্থ্যাৎ ,আমি রাখার চেষ্টাও করি। এর ফলে সুফল বা সফলতা আমার বেশি থাকে। মানে আমি সুফল বেশি ভোগ করি।
মূলত ,সেদিন আমি নিয়ে গিয়েছিলাম প্রিন্সিপালসহ কয়েকজন কলিক কে। আমার স্টুডেন্টের বাবার সাথে যোগাযোগ করেছিলাম মোবাইলে। উনি সমস্ত ব্যবস্থা করে রেখেছিল ।এমনকি আমাদের কোয়াটার থেকে উনি গাড়ি দিয়ে নিয়ে গিয়েছিলেন ।ওনার কোম্পানির গাড়ি দিয়ে এবং সারাদিন ঘুরাঘুরি করে সন্ধ্যার পর ওই গাড়ি দিয়েই আবার আমাদেরকে নিজ নিজ জায়গায় পৌঁছে দিয়েছিলেন।
এখন বুঝতেই পারছেন কি পরিমানের সম্মান ওরা আমাদের দেয় ।যে সম্মান দেয় ,তাকে সম্মান দিতেও ভালো লাগে তাই নয় কি বন্ধুরা। ঠিক বলছি তো।
খুব সুন্দর একটি জায়গা ।আমার বিশ্বাস আপনাদের ও ভালো লাগবে তাই শেয়ার করা। ভালো থাকবেন অন্য কে ও ভালো রাখবেন।

I went to Midland a few more times and one day I was talking to the principal man that this new institution is very beautiful to look at, very neat and clean. But the funny thing is that there is no way to understand it from the outside. From the outside, only some big pipes are visible through which only smoke is emitted. But the atmosphere inside is so beautiful that no one would believe it unless they saw it, and I didn't believe it at first.
Our Ashuganj Fertilizer School and College is a well-known institution in this area. So the people around express their interest to teach here. Every year, you have to get a standard number in the admission test, that is, to get admission. However, it is good to say that we give priority to the children of the nearby government and private institutions. Because if we do not fulfill the basic educational needs of their children, they will not want to stay here and will be transferred, which becomes a big obstacle for us or for increasing the government's revenue.
However, no concession is given in admission, if a certain number is obtained, he is admitted. However, friends, since the children of that institution study in our institution, we naturally develop a good relationship with them. And I always get along with everyone quickly. My relationship with my parents is always good, that is, I try to maintain it. As a result, I have more benefits or success. That means I enjoy the benefits more.
Basically, that day I took some college students including the principal. I contacted my student's father on mobile. He had made all the arrangements. He even took us from our quarters by car. He took us in his company car and after driving us around all day, he took us back to our respective places in the evening by the same car.
Now you understand the amount of respect they give us. We like to respect those who give us respect, don't we, friends? You're right.
