পরিশ্রম এমন একটা জিনিস যেটা মানুষের ভাগ্য পরিবর্তন করে দিতে পারে। আমরা যে যেমন পরিশ্রম করব ঠিক সে রকমই ফল পাব। অনলাইনে হোক বা অফলাইনে যে যেখানেই অবস্থান করুক না কেন পরিশ্রম অনির্বাহ্য। যে যত পরিশ্রম করবে সেটা তো ফল পাবে এটাই নিয়ম। কিন্তু আমাদের মধ্যে অনেক মানুষ রয়েছে যারা কিনা পরিশ্রম ছাড়াই ফল আশা করে সেটা কোনদিনও সম্ভব না।

আমরা স্টিম প্ল্যাটফর্মে কাজ করছি যদি এখানে সময় বা নিয়ম মেনে কাজ না করি তাহলে আমরা কখনোই এখানে ভালো কিছু করতে পারবো না। আমরা একটা জিনিস খেয়াল করলেই দেখতে পারব এই প্লাটফর্মে আমাদের পরে এসেও অনেকে ভালো অবস্থান গ্রহণ করছে। এর একমাত্র কারণ হলো পরিশ্রম তারা অনেক বেশি পরিশ্রম করছে এবং সকল কিছু মেনে কাজ করছে আর এই জন্যই তারা অনেক এগিয়ে আছে। আর আমরা অনেকেই অনেক আগে আসার পরও আমাদের তেমন উন্নতি হচ্ছে না এটার দায়ভার আমরা নিজেরাই,, কারণ পরিশ্রম ছাড়া আমরা উপার্জন চাই।

জীবনে যে ব্যক্তি গুলোই ভালো জায়গায় অবস্থান করেছেন না কেন তার পেছনে অনেক গল্প আছে। তারা অনেক ত্যাগ স্বীকার করার পর ভালো জায়গায় অবস্থান করতে পেরেছে। কিন্তু আমরা অনেকেই তাদের দেখে মনে করি তারা কত ভালো একটা জায়গায় অবস্থান করেছে, যদি আমি যেতে পারতাম । তারা একবারের জন্য এটা ভাবে না তারা কিভাবে ওখানে গিয়েছে কতটা পরিশ্রম করেছে। যদি এগুলো ভাবতাম তাহলে কখনো এটা মনে করতাম না তারা এত উপরে কিভাবে গেল বা এত ভালো জায়গায় কিভাবে পৌঁছালো।

মানুষ পারে না এমন কোন কাজ, চাইলে সবকিছুই সম্ভব তারা পেরেছে আমরা পারবো না কেন ? যদি আমরাও তাদের মত পরিশ্রম ও ত্যাগ স্বীকার করতে পারি তাহলে নিশ্চয়ই আমরা তাদের মত হতে পারব। এটা সম্পূর্ণটাই নির্ভর করে আমাদের মন-মানসিকতার ওপর আমাদের মন মানসিকতা যদি তাদের মত হয় নিশ্চয়ই আমরাও ভালো কিছু করতে পারবো এটা আমি বিশ্বাস করি।
স্টিম প্ল্যাটফর্মে আমরা অনেককে দেখি থাকি তারা অনেক বেশি উপার্জন করছে। আর এটা দেখে আমরা অনেকেই হিংসা করি? কিন্তু তাদের এত দূর আসার কারণটা কেউ বুঝতে চায় না। একটা কথা মনে রাখবেন তারা এত বেশি উপার্জন করছে নিশ্চয়ই তারা এখানে অনেক পরিশ্রম করেছে আর অনেক দীর্ঘ সময় ধরে এখানেই রয়েছে। তার ফল হিসেবে তারা এখন ভালো কিছু পাচ্ছে যদি আমরা তাদের মত সময় ও পরিশ্রম করতে পারি নিশ্চয়ই আমরাও ভালো কিছু করতে পারবো। ভালো অবস্থান গ্রহণ করতে পারবো এটা সম্পূর্ণ নির্ভর করে আমাদের উপর ।
Hard work is something that can change a person's destiny. As hard as we work we will get results. Hard work is indispensable, regardless of where one resides, whether online or offline. The rule is that whoever works hard will get results. But there are many of us who expect results without hard work which is never possible.
We are working on the Steam platform and if we don't work on time or rules we can never do well here. If we notice one thing, we can see that many people are taking good positions in this platform even after us. The only reason for this is the hard work, they are working hard and complying with everything and that is why they are ahead. And even though many of us have come a long time ago, we are not progressing much, it is our own responsibility, because we want to earn without hard work.
No matter who is in a good place in life, there are many stories behind it. After making many sacrifices, they have managed to stay in a good place. But many of us look at them and think what a good place they are, if only I could go. They don't think for once how they got there and how hard they worked. If I thought about them, I would never have thought about how they got so high or how they got to such a good place.
People can't do any work, if they want everything is possible, why can't we? If we can accept hard work and sacrifice like them then surely we can be like them. It totally depends on our mindset. If our mindset is like theirs, I believe we can do something good.
We see a lot of people earning a lot on the Steam platform. And many of us are jealous of it? But no one wants to understand the reason why they came so far. Remember one thing they are earning so much they must have worked hard here and have been here for a long time. As a result they are now getting good things if we can put in the same time and effort as them surely we can do good things too. It totally depends on us to take good position.
