Assalamu Alaikum friends how are you all I hope you are very well by the grace of Allah I am also very well in your prayers. Maybe everyone loves to work here for a long time, so I have brought steamed pitha in front of you today. What is available only during winter is not available at other times. The fun of eating steamed pitha in winter season is different. These steamed pithas are small but very fun to eat. I was going to a place today and suddenly I saw a place making steamed pita. So among you I took a picture on my mobile phone. I have brought this steamed pita to you today. It takes a lot to make it this way. First of all, dry fruits are taken which after drying in the sun, the rice is powdered, after powdering, water, sugar and cinnamon are mixed together. Then in a small bowl, these flours should be arranged well. After arranging, the famous date patali should be placed on top of it, which is very nice to eat, so if these leaves are added to this steamed pitha, it is very good to eat this pitha.

Then you can see that the water is being heated by a bone on the shape that has been created. A small edge is made on that bone to give a sense of drinking. That's how steamed pithas are made when the raw flour is mixed with that patali and kept here, then it gets boiled and nicely made steamed pithas then it's very nice to eat it hot. You can see that many pithas are made here because it does not take much time to make a steamed pitha within two to three minutes. Vapa Pithas are smaller, cheaper and more fun to eat.
