Assalamu Alaikum friends, good night everyone, how are you all, I hope you are doing well by the grace of Allah. I am very happy with your prayers, today I am here again with a new post. The subject of the post is Kuchuripana, which is called German or Adapana by the people of rural Bengal. When the village is crossed by a small Kajala river on the Bengal side we call it a pond or Jhur. When there is a lot of water in this Kajala river, different types of fish float in this Kajala river. But when the water dries up and becomes less, this becomes half-pana or kachuripana. This Aadhapana or Kachuripana remains for a long time in this Kajala river. They are very tall and are three to four feet long, so no one can go into the water because they will itch. But there are many fish in the bottom of this nettle which we catch with spears. And when the water dries up we throw away this half water and the fishes don't catch well.
These kachuripanas are not everywhere, in some places in the middle of the Kajala river there is a small part in the middle. They look great when the sun shines. Maybe you won't see that sunlight because I took this picture in the afternoon and afternoon means a lot in winter. And you can see that the place is empty where some people keep their fishing nets in their belly for many months. And when we were passing through here, I was taking pictures of this scene on my phone.
