Date juice is very nice to eat during cold winter season. This date palm juice is available once a year. At the beginning of winter, the grass starts to be cut. After cutting the body you can see how the bottle is tied to the tree for collection. You can see how many trees in one place all the trees are rasbanda. Not only juice but after fueling the juice, jaggery is made and patali is made. Which is very delicious to eat tea. You can see how tall the grass is on this tree. Feels very cold and salty in the stomach but regains vitality after eating. After consuming this juice, flowers will bloom nearby and there will be dates on the grass. These dates occur during the month of Ramadan, a month of fasting for Muslims. Dates are very nice to eat so both date and juice are produced on palm tree.
