Before my eating habits was somewhat erratic normally characterized by skipping meals especially breakfast and indulging in unhealthy snacks due to busy schedule I didn't pay much attention to what I was eating I focused more on convenience than nutritional value you can say me and fast food were best of friends However over time I become more conscious of the impact that food has on my body and mind
I decided to make some changes to my diet because the initial wasn't giving the right energy

One of the first changes I made was incorporating more whole foods into my diet I began replacing processed snacks with fruits nuts and vegetables after realizing the benefits of natural nutrient dense options I also made an effort to include a variety of protein sources like legumes lean meats and plant based alternatives to maintain a balanced diet
Another shift in my eating habits was understanding the importance of regular meals I prioritized my breakfast because it actually sets the time for the day and provides energy for my morning activities I had to ensure that my meals include a balance of carbohydrates protein and healthy fats to keep me energized throughout the day

Hydration also plays a very crucial role in my eating habits I learnt to drink plenty of water often substituting sugary drinks with water or herbal teas this simple new habit really improved my overall health and boosted my energy levels as well
Also one of the more challenging aspects of my eating habits was finding a balance between indulgence and discipline you know while I strived to eat healthy most of the time I still allowed myself to get some occasionally treat it helps me maintain a positive relationship with food and not have to feel guilty or restrictions

I can comfortable tell you that my eating habits now have evolved into a more mindful approach now focusing on balance and nutrition I understand that food is not just fuel but also an important factor in maintaining a healthy lifestyle by making small changes I have developed habits that supports my physical and mental well being They said Health Is Wealth And What You Eat Will Determine How Far You Will Go In Life So Choose To Stay Healthy By Regulating What You Eat On A Daily
