แป๊บเดียวก็ใกล้สิ้นเดือนแล้วครับวันนี้วันที่ 30 แล้วพรุ่งนี้ก็เป็นวันสุดท้ายของเดือนนี้นะครับแล้วก็เริ่มต้นเดือนใหม่นะครับก็หวังว่าชีวิตเรื่องราวต่างๆคงจะดีกว่านี้นะครับ คือมันดีอยู่แล้วนะครับก็อยากให้มันดีกว่านี้ เพื่อนๆทุกคนก็เช่นกันนะครับก็หวังว่าจะพบเจอแต่สิ่งดีๆนะครับในเดือนอันไกลนะครับแล้วก็ในวันต่อๆไปอ่ะโอเคครับมาดูเมนูอาหารที่ผมนำมาฝากกันเช่นเคยนะครับวันนี้ก็เวลาดี 5 ทุ่มนะครับก็เหมือนจะเป็นเวลาประจำของผมนั่นแหละนะครับเมื่อก่อนก็จะเป็น 22:00 น หลังๆมาก็รู้สึกจะดึกขึ้นไปอีกนะครับก็ประมาณสัก 5 ทุ่มอ่ะโอเคนะ
สำหรับวันนี้นะครับเมนูช่วงเช้าของผมก็เรียบง่ายเหมือนเดิมครับมีผัดถั่วนะครับมีน้ำพริกปลาแห้งนะครับก็อันนี้ทานได้หลายวันเลยทีเดียวนะครับกับน้ำพริกปลาแห้งแล้วก็มีไข่ต้มนะครับก็เป็นเมนูหลักของเรานะน้ำจิ้มที่เอาไว้ทานกับไข่ต้มนะก็ออกรสชาติเปรี้ยวมีอ่าหอมนะครับเอ้ยไม่ใช่หอมสิเป็นกระเทียมหอมก็มีนะครับหอมก็มีเป็นส่วนผสมหลักเหมือนกันครับก็จะเห็นเนื้อกระเทียมชัดเจนนะครับก็เพิ่งอ่าซอยใส่ใหม่ๆนะครับก็ฝีมือคุณไม่จ่ายนะครับส่วนใหญ่แล้วที่มีข่าวมีวิจัยออกมาเนี่ยก็จะดีกับโรคหัวใจนะครับโอเคแล้วก็น่าจะมีกับเรื่องอื่นๆด้วยแหละนะครับก็ลองไปศึกษาหาข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมนะครับแต่ที่แน่ๆเขาบอกว่ากระเทียมนี่ของดีแน่นอน

ทานข้าวเสร็จก็แวะร้านข้างๆนั่นแหละนะครับก็คือร้านสะดวกซื้อที่อยู่ใกล้ๆนั่นแหละนะครับก็ได้เครื่องดื่มมาเป็นชาเขียวนะครับผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่นะครับก็อยากจะลองชิมดูว่ารสชาติเป็นยังไงนะครับชาเขียวเนี่ยถ้าจะให้ดีนะครับก็ควรที่จะชงเองนะครับกับน้ำร้อนๆอะไรอย่างนี้นะครับถ้าเป็นเครื่องดื่มที่ผ่านกระบวนการอุตสาหกรรมมานะครับส่วนน้อยมากนะครับที่จะมีประโยชน์มากแน่นอนว่าถ้าผ่านกระบวนการอุตสาหกรรมมามันก็จะต้องมีสรรพคุณนะครับที่มันลดลงนะครับแต่ก็ได้ปริมาณเนาะ

ถ้าเป็นไปได้เนี่ยผมก็จะมีแค่เมนูอาหารพื้นๆธรรมดาที่นำมาฝากนะครับแต่ว่านั่นแหละนะครับมันก็อาจจะทำให้โพสต์ผมเนี่ยมันดูไม่ค่อยน่าสนใจสักเท่าไหร่นะครับขนาดนี้ก็ไม่ค่อยดีอยู่แล้วนะครับถ้าเกิดเอารูปภาพที่มันไม่ค่อยน่าสนใจก็คงจะไม่มีใครมาเปิดของผมดูเลยโอเคแล้วก็อีกเมนูก็จะเป็นเหมือนปลาเค็มนะครับอีกเมนูนึงก็จะเป็นปลาหวานอ่าเขาเรียกว่าปลาหวานนะครับเนื่องจากว่ามีรสชาติที่หวานนะครับทำกระบวนการที่ทำให้เกิดความหวานนั่นแหละครับเขาก็เลยเรียกว่าปลาหวานนั่นเองนะครับก็ประมาณนี้ครับสำหรับวันนี้ที่นำมาแบ่งปันกันครับ
