ก็น่าจะสบายดีกันนะครับวันนี้เองเนี่ยภาพประกอบมีอาจจะน้อยไปหน่อยนะครับก็ไม่เป็นไรนะก็เอาเป็นคุยกันน้อยๆหน่อยนะครับแต่ว่ารูปภาพก็คงต้องพยายามหาให้มันเยอะๆแต่ว่าวันนี้เนี่ยต้องขออภัยนะครับเนื่องจากว่าก็วันนี้เองเนี่ยทานน้อยลงนะครับก็เลยไม่มีพลาดมาฝากเยอะเหมือนที่เคยนะครับ
ก็อย่างที่บอกนะครับว่าสงสัยต้องพยายามทานให้มันน้อยๆหน่อยนะครับเพราะว่าอาจจะเป็นอีกหนึ่งช่องทางนะครับที่จะช่วยให้ผมมีงบประมาณรายการสร้างบ้านนะครับอาจจะไม่ได้เยอะมากมายนะครับแต่อาจจะต้องใช้วิธีการเก็บเล็กผสมน้อยนะครับรถตรงนั้นบ้างตรงนี้บ้างนะครับแล้วก็พยายามหารายได้เพิ่มเติมนะครับก็ช่องทางการหานั้นยังไม่มีนะครับยังคิดไม่ออกเหมือนกันมันจะไปหายังไงนะครับ
แต่ช่องทางการเป็นหนี้เนี่ยน่าจะมีเยอะอยู่นะครับโอเคเอาล่ะครับก็วันนี้เองเนี่ยเมนูอาหารที่นำมาฝากกันก็มีแค่ช่วงเช้าเท่านั้นเองนะครับมีไข่ต้มนะก็คงน่าจะเป็นเมนูหลักของผมแล้วแหละต่อไปนะครับอ่าพยายามเลี่ยงเรื่องของไข่เจียวนะครับเนื่องจากปริมาณของไขมันที่มันเยอะนะครับแล้วก็อีกเมนูนึงก็จะเป็นผัดถั่วครับก็เป็นอีกเมนูหนึ่งที่ก็คงต้องพยายามเรียกเหมือนกันเนื่องจากว่าเป็นเมนูผัดๆทอดๆอะไรพวกนี้นะครับไขมันมันเยอะ
ส่วนอย่างอื่นก็ไม่น่าจะมีปัญหาอะไรนะครับอย่างอื่นแล้วก็น่าจะเป็นน้ำพริกเวอร์ชั่นต่างๆของผมเท่านั้นนะครับแล้วก็ที่จะต้องขาดให้ได้เลยก็เป็นพวกผักอะไรพวกนี้นะครับที่จะต้องมีแต่เนื่องจากว่าเมื่อเช้าผมไม่ได้เก็บภาพมาฝากด้วยก็เลยไม่ไม่นะครับผมส่วนใหญ่ก็จะเป็นแตงกวานะครับถั่วฝักยาวมะเขือเปราะนะครับก็ประมาณนี้นะครับไม่ค่อยมีอะไรที่ผมพอจะหาได้ครับ.
สำหรับมื้อกลางวันนะครับก็เป็นบะหมี่สำเร็จรูปนะครับซึ่งก็จริงๆแล้วทานบ่อยมันก็ไม่ดีอ่ะครับก็คงต้องพยายามหาเมนูเข้าไปนะครับเตรียมไว้นะครับเราก็อีกเมนูช่วงเย็นก็จะเป็นเมนูน้ำพริกนะครับก็น้ำพริกผักสดของผมเหมือนเดิมนะครับไม่ได้มีอะไรที่เป็นพิเศษนะครับก็เป็นเมนูที่ทำไว้ตั้งแต่เมื่อวานนะครับยังไม่หมดนะครับก็พยายามที่จะนำมาทานให้ได้หลายๆมื้อนะครับโอเคประมาณนี้แล้วกันครับสำหรับเรื่องราวในวันนี้
