This is just one slow day with me at home so I always start with my favorite breaky. I’m going to eat with those eggs pepper and it was a really nice day. Actually it was cold outside, but it was sunny so being home and just feeling the sun was giving nice sunny day even though it was 0°
But before this breakfast, I actually did need to put back my Christmas tree. Yes, I was super lazy and I was rarely at home so I just didn’t do it and sun gave me a motivation to just put back the Christmas tree and leave a normal regular life without it actually flat is so much better with it so I treated myself a nice breakfast and a good coffee.
So very fast after that, it was a time for a lunch.
Lunch was super easy and healthy so it was salmon with seasons and rice. I do my rice with chicken water, actually chicken soup and just garlic and that’s my favorite thing to eat so it was a really nice lunch and it was even healthier dinner. you can see the pictures below.
So I saw some recipe online and I ate sushi day before that so I wanted to make my little healthy version of it so it’s not so hard.
you need a cucumber and you just slice it very thin and make it like a big roll and you put it whatever you want and the first picture I did put just a greek yogurt and some ham but on the second one I remember that I have leftovers from lunch and it is rice and I did put some Greek yogurt and rice and I actually forgot that I do have Leftovers from the salmon and it would be the perfect thing for my little cucumber suahi so I just didn’t remember, but it was really nice and super healthy that they was super healthy and nice in the meanwhile from the pictures above you can see some ambient light and me reading a book. I actually finish that I have read 150 pages in a few hours, that’s how good the book was.
