You can see a flower above, can you tell if it is a flower?? Maybe many people can recognize it and many don't. This is the onion flower, it looks completely different. Every year, people plant garlic and onions during winter, especially on winter days. And we also plant as much onion and garlic as we can and we have planted it this year too.

And this onion flower looks incredibly beautiful, and yes, seeds are planted from this flower. What a mercy from God that seeds are produced through the flower of a tree. Anyway, the onions have been much better this year than every year. It is not yet time to harvest them, but in a few days it will be time to harvest them, especially when the leaves dry up. We plant onions every year, so we no longer have to buy onions from the market.

And yes, along with onions, we also planted garlic, Alhamdulillah, it has been very good. We planted a little more this year than last year. It's not too late to plant the garlic, it will be time to harvest it very soon.

Anyway, like every year, tomatoes have been planted along with garlic and onions this year too. Which is one of the most favorite vegetables of winter. Although nowadays tomatoes are available almost all year round, it is still not like winter. And tomatoes are such a vegetable that people can make everything with, from salads to stuffing. Although I don't like tomatoes very much, the rest of our family members love them very much, especially for eating as salads. Maybe tomatoes are one of your favorite vegetables too.

And along with tomatoes, some kale has been planted there. Although it was planted quite late. A few days ago, a kale was sold for 30 taka and now it is sold for 10 to 15 taka, almost all vegetables are much cheaper.

Along with that, organic vegetables have also been planted, organic vegetables are one of my sister's favorite vegetables. Especially when cooked with small fish, it tastes much more delicious. My sister really talks about organic vegetables at home. Although organic vegetables are not available all year round. But I feel a little uncomfortable eating organic vegetables. I don't need to talk about it because it makes me uncomfortable.

And yes, another vegetable that has been planted is brinjal. Nowadays, brinjal has come in large quantities, although its price in the market is very low. When the price was high, the yield could not be increased even with care, and now the yield has come in much higher without any care.

উপরে একটা ফুল দেখতে পাচ্ছেন,, দেখে কি চেনা যাচ্ছে এটা কি ফুল?? হয়তো অনেকেই দেখে চিনতে পারছেন আবার অনেকেই নয়। এটি হল পিঁয়াজের ফুল, দেখতে একদম অন্যরকম লাগে। প্রতিবছরই শীতের সময়ে মানুষ রসুন পিঁয়াজ রোপন করে থাকে বিশেষ করে শীতের দিনে। আর আমরাও যতটুকু পারি পেঁয়াজ রসুন রোপন করি আর এ বছরও রোপন করেছি।

আর এই পেঁয়াজের ফুল দেখতে অসম্ভব সুন্দর লাগে, আর হ্যাঁ এই ফুল থেকেই বীজ রোপন হয়। সৃষ্টিকর্তার কি রহমত একটি গাছের ফুলের মাধ্যমে বীজ তৈরি হয়। যাই হোক পিঁয়াজ গুলো প্রতি বছরের চেয়ে এ বছর বেশ ভালো হয়েছে। এখনো উঠানোর সময় হয়নি আরো কিছুদিন গেলে উঠানোর সময় হবে বিশেষ করে যখন এর পাতাগুলো শুকিয়ে যাবে।। প্রতিবছরই আমরা পিঁয়াজ রোপন করি তাই আমাদের বাজার থেকে আর পিঁয়াজ কিনতে হয় না।

আর হ্যাঁ পিঁয়াজের পাশাপাশি আমরা রসুনও রোপন করেছি আলহামদুলিল্লাহ অনেক ভালো হয়েছে। এর আগেরবারের চাইতে এ বছরে একটু বেশি লাগিয়ে। রসুন গুলো উড়ানোর খুব বেশি দেরি নেই খুব তাড়াতাড়ি উঠানোর সময় হবে।

যাই হোক প্রতিবছরের মত এবছরও রসুন ও পিঁয়াজের পাশাপাশি টমেটো লাগানো হয়েছে।। যেটা কিনা শীতকালের সবচাইতে প্রিয় একটি সবজি। যদিও বর্তমান সময়ে প্রায় সারা বছরই টমেটো পাওয়া যায় তারপরও শীতকালের মত হয় না।। আর টমেটো এমন একটি সবজি যেটা দিয়ে মানুষ সবকিছুই তৈরি করতে পারে, সালাত থেকে শুরু করে ভর্তা পর্যন্ত সব করা যায়। যদিও আমার টমেটো খুব বেশি পছন্দ না কিন্তু আমাদের বাসার বাকি সদস্যদের অনেক প্রিয়, বিশেষ করে সালাত হিসাবে খাওয়ার জন্য। হয়তো আপনাদেরও অনেক পছন্দের একটি সবজি হল টমেটো।।

আর টমেটোর পাশাপাশি সেখানে কিছু পাতা কপি লাগানো হয়েছে। যদিও বেশ দেরি করে লাগানো হয়েছে। কিছু দিন আগে একটা পাতাকপি 30 টাকা করে বিক্রি হতো আর বর্তমান সময়ে ১০ থেকে ১৫ টাকা করে, প্রায় সব সবজির দাম অনেক কম।

তার পাশাপাশি পালন শাক ও লাগানো হয়েছে, আমার বোনের অনেক পছন্দের একটি শাক হল পালন শাক। বিশেষ করে ছোট মাছ দিয়ে যখন রান্না করা হয় তখন অনেক বেশি সুস্বাদু লাগে। বোন বাসায় আসলেই পালন শাকের কথা বলে। যদিও সারা বছর পালন শাক পাওয়া যায় না। কিন্তু আমার পালন শাক খেতে একটু অস্বস্তি লাগে। আমার অস্বস্তি লাগে বলে সবার লাগবে এরকম কোন কথা না।।

আর হ্যাঁ আরও একটি সবজি লাগানো হয়েছে সেটা হল বেগুন। বর্তমান সময়ে বেগুন অনেক পরিমাণে এসেছে যদিও বর্তমান সময়ে বাজারে এর মূল্য খুবই কম। যখন মূল্য বেশি ছিল তখন যত্ন করেও ফলন বাড়ানো যায়নি আর এখন যত্ন ছাড়াই অনেক বেশি ফলন এসেছে।
যাই হোক এই ছিল আমাদের সবজির ছোট একটি বাগান। তো বন্ধুরা আজকের মত এখানে বিদায় নিচ্ছি সবাই ভালো থাকবেন সুস্থ থাকবেন ধন্যবাদ।
