প্রিয় বন্ধুরা, আশা করি সবাই ভালো আছেন এবং সুস্থ আছেন। আল্লাহর রহমতে আমি অনেক ভালো ও সুস্থ আছি। প্রতিদিনের মত আজও এসেছি আপনাদের সাথে নতুন কিছু কথা বলতে। আজ আমি যেটা নিয়ে কথা বলছি তা হল: রোজার দিনে ইফতার তৈরি করা হয় সেরা খাবারের পোস্ট।

First thanks to whoever organized this world. I thank all participants in this world. In fact I have presented you some beautiful iftar making scenes that you might like because we usually break iftar now in the month of fasting. Khichuri made as Iftar is a very nice dish for us.

Foods that do not require any effort to prepare can be easily prepared and we can prepare these dishes at home. There is a huge demand for game in Bangladesh due to which these dishes get a lot of attraction and these dishes are very popular. We need rice, meat, kalai bangla, etc., which are always close at hand.

যে খাবারগুলি তৈরি করতে কোনও পরিশ্রমের প্রয়োজন হয় না সেগুলি সহজেই তৈরি করা যায় এবং আমরা এই খাবারগুলি বাড়িতে তৈরি করতে পারি। বাংলাদেশে গেমের ব্যাপক চাহিদা রয়েছে যার কারণে এই খাবারগুলি প্রচুর আকর্ষণ পায় এবং এই খাবারগুলি খুব জনপ্রিয়। আমাদের প্রয়োজন ভাত, মাংস, কলাই বাংলা ইত্যাদি, যা সবসময় হাতের কাছে থাকে।

অন্যদের সেগুলি তৈরি করতে অনেক লোকের প্রয়োজন হয়। আমি তার পিছনে গেলাম। সুন্দর করে সাজানো। সজ্জিত স্মৃতিসৌধ দেখে খুব ভালো লাগলো। আমি দেখি সাধারণ মানুষ সেখানে আছে এবং সবাই খুব আনন্দের সাথে ছবি তুলছে এবং বিভিন্ন জিনিস করছে। কিন্তু সবাই জোরে জোরে এসেছিল তাই আমি একাই গিয়েছিলাম যা খুব একটা মজা পাইনি। আশেপাশের লোকজন দেখে মনে হচ্ছিল আমি একা ছিলাম, আমার সাথে কেউ নেই।

আমরা সাধারণত কোন প্রয়োজন ছাড়াই বাড়িতে এই খাবারগুলি তৈরি করতে পারি এবং খাবারগুলি বাড়িতে বিভিন্ন উপায়ে তৈরি করা যেতে পারে। বিশেষ করে বাংলাদেশিদের কাছে এসব খাবারের ব্যাপক চাহিদা রয়েছে। আমাদের দেশ একটি স্বাভাবিক দেশ, আমরা উন্নত দেশ নই। আচ্ছা, আমি এসব নিয়ে খুশি হতে চাই। কঠোর পরিশ্রমের মাধ্যমে আমরা সুন্দর খাবার উপস্থাপন করতে পারি।
